The Museum of Electronic Science and Technology of the UESTC is a non-profit institution that records the development of China's electronic science and technology, and is open to the public free of charge.In order to create a civilized environment, please consciously abide by the following provisions:

Individual visitors:

1. Entrance:Scan the QR code at the gate of the UESTC.

2. Reservation: No reservation is required for individual visitors.

3. Commentary: Commentators provide free services at 10:30 and 15:30.

Group visitors:

1. Group visitors (20 persons or above) can make a group reservation in advance.

2. Walking only. It is recommended to scan the QR code from the West 2nd Gate to enter the school, and it will take about 5 minutes to reach the Museum.

3. For groups of 20-100 people, reservation should be made at least 3 days in advance, and for groups of more than 100 people, reservation should be made 1 week in advance. There are 800 daily personal booking places, and if the number exceeds, the staff will try to rearrange as much as possible according to the specific reservation situation.

4. In order to better display the collection resources and provide educational activities to primary and secondary school students, the school or community are expected to send an official letter and work ID (the template is attached) when making an appointment for a group visit. During the visit, the  teacher who contact us must be present to organize the group to visit in an orderly manner and ensure safety.

5. After the group reservation information is submitted, the group with less than 100 people will receive a reply within 2 working days; and the group with more than 100 people will receive a reply within 3 working days. A message will be sent if the reservation is made successful. 

6. If the group has any other needs, please contact the museum staff. The Museum reserves the right of final interpretation of above implementation measures.
